This policy applies only to purchases made directly through vibesbysaucy.com and does not alter any rights you may have under applicable law

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@vibesbysaucy.com. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and you will need to follow our return process (see below).

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (consumable hemp-derived THC beverages), we have specific guidelines for returns:

Eligible Returns:

Returns and refunds are available within 72 hours of product delivery for the following reasons only:

  • Product defects (damaged cans, leaking containers, broken seals)
  • Incorrect items received
  • Missing items from your order
  • Products that appear spoiled or contaminated
Non-Eligible Returns:

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Products that have been opened or consumed (except where defective)
  • Orders placed to states where hemp-derived THC products are restricted
  • Returns requested after 72 hours from delivery

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email hello@vibesbysaucy.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide Documentation: Include photos of any damaged or defective products, along with photos of the packaging.
  3. Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
  4. Resolution: If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement, at our discretion.
Refund Process

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). If a return shipping label is required, we will provide one at no cost for eligible returns.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued (e.g., if only part of your order was defective or missing).

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please request a refund for your original order (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired items.

Promotional and Discounted Orders

Orders placed using promotional codes or discounts are eligible for refunds only for the amount actually paid. Promotional or discount values are not refundable.

Legal Availability and Restricted States

Due to varying state laws and regulations governing hemp derived THC products, Saucy Seltzer does not sell or ship its products to the following states:

Ohio, Idaho, Alaska, Hawaii, Arizona, California, Washington, Massachusetts, Colorado, Virginia, and Connecticut.

Orders placed with a shipping address in a restricted state cannot be legally fulfilled.

  • If an order is identified as shipping to a restricted state before shipment, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded to the original payment method.
  • If a restricted address is identified after an order is placed but before shipment, the order will not ship and will be refunded.
  • Saucy Seltzer does not issue refunds for orders that are knowingly placed using false or misleading address information to circumvent state restrictions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and located in a state where our products are permitted for sale.

POLICY CHANGES

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will not apply retroactively and will apply only to orders placed after the updated effective date. The current version will always be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new policy.
