Please review our shipping policy below for important information on delivery times, age verification requirements, shipping costs, and restrictions. This policy applies to orders placed directly through vibesbysaucy.com.

Shipping Availability and Restricted States

Geographic Restrictions: Saucy Seltzer currently ships to select states within the United States where hemp-derived THC products are legal. We do not ship internationally at this time. Due to varying state laws regarding hemp-derived THC products, we are unable to ship to all states.

State Eligibility: Before placing your order, please verify that your state allows the sale and delivery of hemp-derived THC beverages. If you place an order to a restricted state, your order will be cancelled and refunded. We maintain an up-to-date list of eligible shipping states on our website at vibesbysaucy.com/policies/shipping-policy.

Saucy Seltzer does not sell or ship to the following states:

Ohio, Idaho, Alaska, Hawaii, Arizona, California, Washington, Massachusetts, Colorado, Virginia, and Connecticut.

Orders placed with a shipping address in a restricted state cannot be legally fulfilled.

  • If an order is identified as shipping to a restricted state before shipment, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
  • Saucy Seltzer is not responsible for orders placed using false or misleading address information to circumvent state restrictions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and located in a state where our products may be lawfully shipped.

P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Boxes for most orders. However, due to age verification requirements, we recommend providing a physical address where an adult 21+ can sign for the delivery.

Age Verification Requirement

IMPORTANT: All Saucy Seltzer products are intended for adults 21 years of age or older. By placing an order, the purchaser represents that they are at least 21 years old. All orders require age verification. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and receive Saucy Seltzer products. An adult signature (21+) may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone 21 or older is available to receive the package. Valid government-issued photo ID may be required at the time of delivery. If delivery cannot be completed due to age verification failure, the shipment may be returned or disposed of by the carrier in accordance with carrier policy.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Exact shipping options and rates for your delivery address are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery: 5-7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier, destination, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Free Shipping

Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders of $75 or more! Free shipping applies automatically at checkout when your order total (before taxes) meets the minimum threshold. Orders under $75 will be charged a flat $10 shipping fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account at vibesbysaucy.com/account. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted shipping carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier for your order depends on your location, the selected shipping method, and the package weight. We reserve the right to select the carrier that best meets the delivery requirements for each order.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Saucy Seltzer is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@vibesbysaucy.com and we will attempt to correct it before shipment. Address changes may be attempted prior to shipment but are not guaranteed. Address corrections after shipment may result in additional fees or delays.

Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails due to no one being available to sign or accept the package, the carrier will typically make additional attempts or leave a notice with instructions for pickup. Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts will be refunded minus original shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and around your property. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at hello@vibesbysaucy.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@vibesbysaucy.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will provide a replacement or refund for damaged products.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to the customer upon carrier-confirmed delivery to the address provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Weather and Shipping Considerations

Our beverages are sensitive to extreme temperatures. During hot summer months or extremely cold winter conditions, we may use insulated packaging or adjust shipping methods to protect product quality. In extreme weather conditions, we may temporarily delay shipments to certain areas to ensure product integrity upon arrival. Weather related delays do not constitute shipment errors.

Order Modifications

Need to change your order? Contact us at hello@vibesbysaucy.com as soon as possible. We can only make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified, redirected, or cancelled.

Policy Updates

This Shipping Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will not apply retroactively and will apply only to orders placed after the updated effective date. Shipping rates, delivery times, and geographic availability are subject to change without notice.
